Refund policy

We offer exchanges only. We do not accept returns.

For order cancellations, please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll resolve it.

Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative option where possible.

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
